"I was a fan of Dean and his work, and Explosion was a piece I was proud to feature in my Las Vegas show. But beyond the magic, Dean was one of the genuinely good guys in our art. Intimate Miracles preserves the thinking and creativity of a very special magician whose influence deserves to live on." - Criss Angel
"I didn’t just know of Dean Dill—I was one of the lucky ones who had the privilege of knowing him personally. Dean was an incredible man, father, husband, barber, magician, and friend, and he holds a very special place in my heart. Intimate Miracles is more than a book about great magic; it is a celebration of a truly remarkable human being. This beautiful edition will sit proudly alongside the most treasured legacy books in my collection." - Cyril
"Dean Dill and I shared a belief in the importance of detail. He understood that by obsessing over the last 5 %, you could transform every magic effect into something that would truly resonate.
I’m proud to preserve part of Dean’s legacy in my museum, including his barber chair and other treasures from his life and magic. Now, when I sit in that same chair where so many magicians once sat, I’m reminded of Dean, his remarkable creative mind, and all the innovation that took place there." - David Copperfield
"I was fortunate to call Dean a friend and to spend time talking with him about his life and magic for Reel Magic Magazine. His passion was genuine, his thinking was brilliant, and his magic had a way of fooling you badly while still making you smile. Intimate Miracles is a wonderful tribute to Dean and, more importantly, preserves the creativity and thinking of a truly special magician. I miss Dean, and I’m very happy to see his work being celebrated." - Kozmo Reel Magic Magazine
"Dean Dill was more than a brilliant magician—he was a genius, a mentor, and a dear friend. He generously took me, and so many others, under his wing, teaching us not only how to understand his remarkable magic, but also how his approach to life could affect our own. Dean changed the way we thought about magic, and more importantly, he changed the people who were fortunate enough to know him. Intimate Miracles beautifully captures his brilliant mind, his generosity, and his spirit. It is so thoughtfully written that reading it feels like sitting with Dean again, listening to him share his magic, his wisdom, and himself. You can almost hear Dean talking to you.” Great job on the book. Wow." - Jesse Dee
"Dean was the best." - John Carney
"Dean's magic was so powerful not only because of his amazing technique but also because of his love for magic and the people he was performing for. His Shoppe was really the epicenter of his great magic. He utilized his unique place as a testing ground for developing the amazing effects he was creating. Constantly refining and polishing until he had a gem. And he had many. I feel so lucky for the time I spent with him. For those who did not have the pleasure of meeting Dean in person, you are fortunate to have this book. No question, you will admire him and his magic as much as I do. Just thinking about him warms my heart. Love and miss you Deano!" - Tony Clark
"You will love Dean Dill’s book. Mostly written while he was still with us, he explains why these routines were special and why he enjoyed sharing them with his friends and audiences. All are visual and direct." - Meir Yedid
"Dean Dill's magic has been in my repertoire for almost 40 years now. Every visit to Dean's shop was a learning experience and a thrill, as I always got fooled, and Dean was generous enough to share. By purchasing this book, you will feel the same way. There is so much great material in this book and something for everyone: coins, cards, ropes, sponge balls, and bills. I still remember being completely fooled by some of these effects, especially Hart's Link and X-Plosion. (I particularly love the version in the book because it's so practical and affordable.) It's amazing how those moments stay with you. The Bill in the Sugar Packet is the best ever." - Allan Ackerman
