Cards Across Extreme: A thought-of card vanishes from one packet of cards and reappears in another packet of cards while being held by spectators!!

Transpo: A selected card vanishes from between two queens and reappears between two other queens.

Still Monkeying Around: A selected card appears between a pair of jokers. An incredibly clean teleportation of a card that happens in the spectator's hands.
